I had a fantastic short stay, with a quick and easy check-in, and the room was beautifully decorated with an outstanding view, meeting all my expectations; I definitely plan on returning.

The apartment was beautiful and nice, near landmarks, the metro station, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. It was what we were expecting.

Miscommunication about the address, had to wait and make several calls to get correct information.

Location superb, close to metro. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Clean and exactly as described. Great view from corner window. Reasonable price, cheaper than hotel. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed. Table by window for working. Spacious studio with great sleep.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We liked everything about this place! The location is so wonderful - with a little street noise but it is happy street noise (if you are very sensitive take ear plugs) - two french windows, a bed so comfortable with white cotton bed linen and feather duvet and pillows. The shower is large and fantastic! The manager Steven was very kind and helpful- and funny!

We liked everything but I would suggest that if you are staying here to use slippers or thick socks as a courtesy because the floor is tiled and if you are walking around in shoes ii can be noisy for those underneath! Steven was very helpful with this! Thankyou!

The apartment is conveniently located close to Seine, the Louvre, Notre-Dame de Paris, Saint Sulpice chapel, and Luxembourg Gardens. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and offer an amazing view. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Conde Chic Studio for 13 days and found it perfect for a couple without children. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower that had electronic water temperature control. The location was amazing, with restaurants of different nationalities everywhere and the metro just around the corner. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the cooking facility and washing machine were a bonus.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming studio in the heart of St Germain. The Conde Chic Studio offered a perfect location with restaurants, bars, shopping, and markets just steps away. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. What I loved most was the authentic "Parisienne" feel with exposed beams and beautiful tiling in the bathroom. The studio had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and a washing machine. The view from the window was lovely, overlooking the bustling streets and restaurants. Steven, the host, was punctual and even arranged transport for us. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this studio again.

Excellent location within walking distance of central Paris destinations. Well equipped comfortable & attractive apartment. Good value for money in this expensive area.

1) The main problem is finding the apartment and gaining access. There is no name on the door. One has to visit the Italian restaurant on the ground floor (if it's open). They will then contact the owner of the apartment. He did then arrived within ten minutes and was very helpful. Alternatively one would have to phone - difficult in a foreign country. More instructions need to be provided on the Booked.net printout. 2)The apartment is on the 5th floor, up a steep spiral staircase - could be a problem for some.

This place is perfect for a quick trip, with a wonderful location close to nice restaurants, popular attractions, and the stunning city itself.

The accommodation was beautiful and nice, just next door to a bustling square and lots of good bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants in the area. The venue had a perfect setting and was located in the center of Paris.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The bed was really comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the apartment had a lot of space, giving us a nice feeling of freedom and privacy.

There were a few downsides. The staircase was very narrow and made it difficult to carry our bags up and down.
